RECOMMENDATION:

To correct an earlier decision that awarded a contract for website services to MSF Global Solutions. The board's action will correct the contract’s term from a one-year to a three-year agreement. This action will supersede an earlier resolution granted to MSF Global Solutions.

ISSUE/BACKGROUND:

The original resolution (No. 20-072) approved on March 24, 2020, at the Board Meeting, included only one year of a three-year contract (August 4, 2020 - August 4, 2023). The new resolution will correct the error to include all three years of the original contract. This amendment does not create new or extended terms to the original contract.

DISCUSSION:
MSF Global Solutions was awarded the contract for website services for three years from August 4, 2020, to August 4, 2023, to maintain the agency’s online presence and perform updates/enhancements for the existing website; however, only one of the three years was ratified.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
$100,000.00 per year for three years (August 4, 2020, through August 4, 2023).
NEXT STEPS:
Upon approval, the agency will continue to receive services from MSF Global Solutions for its (RTA) existing website service needs for the duration of the contract.
