The agency needs to replace one of our 15-passenger vans and expand by one for a total of two vans.

DISCUSSION:
The agency was awarded grant funds to purchase non-revenue vehicles via LA2022-022.1113.114211 This grant will allow us to purchase (2) two 15-passenger vans, one that has exceeded its useful life and the other for expansion. The agency will use Louisiana state contract 4400023793.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Funding is made available through grant LA2022.1113.114211 in the amount of $108,562.92.
NEXT STEPS:
Upon RTA board approval, staff will complete the purchase of these vehicles.
