The previous Resolution No. 19-062 was adopted on July 23, 2019. The Resolution reflects outdated Signatory Titles and entities that the RTA no longer has a banking relationship due to the Financial Institution going out of business and/or being acquired by another Financial Institution. Financial Institutions require an updated Resolution to conduct business.

DISCUSSION:
The previous Resolution No. 19-062 lists the RTA Board Chairman, RTA Board Vice Chairman, Commissioner, RTA Chief Executive Officer, RTA Chief Financial Officer, RTA Chief Administrative Officer, and RTA Chief of Agency Affairs as Signatory Titles, including facsimile for the RTA Checking, Investments, Bond Trust Accounts and Collateral held at the Federal Reserve Bank.
The previous Resolution No. 19-062 reflects the following Financial Institutions: AmSouth Bank, Bank of Louisiana, Bank of New Orleans, Capital One Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Crescent Bank & Trust, Guaranty Savings Bank, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company, Hancock Whitney Bank, Iberia Bank, Liberty Bank & Trust Company, Omni Bank, Dryades Savings Bank, Fifth District Savings Bank, First Bank and Trust Company, Regions Bank, State Investors Bank and The Bank of New York Trust Company.
