Authorize the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to award a contract change order to MSMM Engineering, LLC for a feasibility study to reconfigure office space at the Randolph Facility and design new office space at the Union Passenger Terminal (UPT) in the amount of $266,632.22.

New office configuration is needed to accommodate the departments and space is needed within those departments to accommodate staff.

DISCUSSION:
MSMM Engineering, LLC will study the feasibility of reconfiguring office space at the Randolph Facility for $35,239.28 and design new office space at the UPT for $231,392.94.
The scope of work for UPT includes assessment, planning and design of needed systems improvements, to include plumbing, electrical, wireless access, asbestos abatement, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), ADA upgrades, space planning, and other enhancements needed to make the space suitable for RTA office space.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The office design will be funded by local account number 1280002.7070.173.
NEXT STEPS:
Upon RTA Board approval, a notice to proceed letter will be issued to the selected vendor, and an updated purchase order will be requested.
